My goodness, where do I start. We lost to Drew Lock – that just can’t happen. Maye and the offense played horrible and the defense played great. All we can do is throw this game in the trash, learn from it, and move on.

The 49ers won the science experiment – for now. They were ready to play and dominated the 2nd half of the game. I respect the Rams were trying what they did and long-term they may be better off. The 49ers now need to go home and get reacclimated.

It is still crazy to me that a game is being played in Australia. I understand the NFL wants to expand their global footprint, but asking teams to go Down Under is a little much. I think the most fascinating part of this game is that it legitimately is a science experiment.

The 49ers have been there for a week, while the Rams just arrived and will spend the same amount of time traveling to and from Australia as they will spend actually being there. How will the 49ers vs the Rams travel plans impact them this week and throughout the season?
